A Brief Message
March 1995
Dear
Garnet,
The
school year is about to end. The time to part is near.
Behind are many memories, and before us are many
questions. Will we still be classmates next year? Will I
still be a Pisay scholar next year? What section will I
belong to? Will I be able to cope with the curriculum
next year? If I can, how can I do well? Right now there
are so many questions that lie before uss. But what I do
know is that I'll really miss you. I'll never forget the
times you caught me sleeping in class, eating, chatting;
most especially, the times I had fun with you.
Though I know we have weaknesses, we learned to realize
them. And we've been good friends. Those good and bad
memories we've shared with each other, the secret's we've
confided... I'll never forget those. I learned to love
you because you brought out the true person in me, the
Pisay scholar in me, and most especially the Garnetian in
me. I'll never ever forget you and your antics. And I
hope you'll never forget me either. Never change, and if
you do, do it for the better and the best.
"Siyempre, Garnet the best!." That's one of the
sweetest phrases I'll ever hear in my high school life.
I'll say good bye for now, but this good bye is not
forever. We'll meet again, soon, and I'll be looking
forward to that.
God bless you. I'll always be here when you need me. I'll
miss you, and I'll always be a friend for you. I love you
and God bless you!
